These plasmids contain mammalian cell expression promoters and can be used for AAV production. Some plasmids encode a calcium reporter (GCaMP) and photoactivatable fluorescent reporter (PAmCherry). Others plasmids encode a calcium reporter (GCaMP) and one of the vomeronasal receptor genes; two genes are bridged by the 2A peptide sequence.
