pDD82, pDD112 and pDD120 plasmids

Tech ID: T-018659

Description:

Plasmids-

  • pDD82- minimal shuttle vector between Escherichia coli and Rhodococcus opacus PD630 that contains the pB264 origin of replication.
  • pDD112- a shuttle vector between Escherichia coli and Rhodococcus opacus PD630 that contains the pNG2 origin of replication and a codon optimized chloramphenicol resistance marker.
  • pDD120 is a plasmid construct containing the bacteriophage derived recombinases Che9c60 and Che9c61 expressed by a constitutive promoter on the pB264 vector backbone.
