Murine Hybridoma producing IgG1 Monoclonal Antibody to Human SIRP-B2

Tech ID: T-005412

Monoclonal antibodies were raised in a 4-to 8 week-old female Balb/c mouse by immunozation with a recombinant GST fusion protein containing the whole extracellular domain of SIRPB1. These can be used to study T-cell activation and the induction of antigen-specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses by dendritic cells.

Publication: Signal-regulatory protein a (SIRPa) but not SIRPb is involved in T-cell activation, binds to CD47 with high affinity and is expressed on immature CD34+CD38 hematopoietic cells.
